two challenges in one … Art Creations Friday has provided the precious sailor boy image and “tickets” is the theme at Gothic Arches this week
the ferry ticket is a copy of the ticket from our boat trip from San Francisco to Sausalito last summer
… remembering the fallen and all those who have served … with heartfelt gratitude …

I love this little guy and all the goodies surrounding him on this sweet little arch. Remembering our men and women in uniform, those who served and those who are serving our country on this special day.

Sounds more like THREE challenges to me. You found an artful way to honor those fallen and serving our country.
I was going to ask where you got that fantastic little ticket, so was glad to see it was a personal memento. Those are always the best, because they bring back happy memories.

Looks like you’ve gotten a lot of comments since I was here this morning. Just wanted to tell you, that thing we wrote each other about: I’m suddenly having trouble accessing my e-mail account, so can’t copy and paste or reply

What a great, great arch, Patty! The image is darling, too! Aren’t ferry rides fun? We rode the ferry from Larkspur to the Ferry Building in SF recently.
