Serenity

The other day Gaye, of The Paris Salon, left the nicest comment on one of my blog posts.  Here is part of what she said ….”The serenity is one of the things I love most about your work……” .

I was very touched by that.  I created this piece for the Wednesday Stamper challenge combining two stamps (cutting a hole in one to add the face), adding some ink distressed lace and some green fern leaf paper for the background.

It still needed something.  I asked my husband to look at it and suggested it may just need a word or something….he came up with the word “Serenity”, not knowing anything about Gaye’s nice comment earlier in the week.
