our local altered arts group is having an “Elephant” Artist Trading Card swap … I decided to doodle mine since Zentangling and doodling have been on my mind lately as evidenced here and here
if you click for the close up … please ignore the goober on my scanner lid … it showed up not so nicely in the background
did I make you look *ggg* … I was too lazy to run upstairs for a piece of black card stock and start all over again lining everything up on the scanner
my ATC began with an unmounted elephant rubber stamp … as you can see … I filled in the rest of the card with doodles
it was VERY tempting to add a touch of color … in the end I decided to stick to black and white
OH, Patty – I love the fact that you stuck to the black and white. That would have been my big decision… to add color or not. I love these and you are so talented with your zentangles. Hey, I’m impressed. Love your elephants and the back of your ATCs. I also love the fact that you did each one individually. I know some who would have copied one onto card stock and called them each original. I have a personal problem with that but understand why others do it and don’t judge. LOVE these, congrats on, yet again, fantastic little creations of art …..

and here I was wondering hoy you made it to draw an elephant so perfectly SIX times, lololol. Looks like it’s been a while since I last used a stamp.
these are wonderful, it was the best decision to leave them b&w, in my opinion (:

Never saw such a unique elephant stamp like this one before- and amazing doodles to complete these ATCs. Like the black and white effect. You can also xerox these and then see what they’d look like with a dab of color here and there! Thanks so much for stopping by as well! Doodle away!
