  2. Patty; I agree – doodling in front of the TV is a great activity. I mostly “listen” to TV than really watch it and the doodling helps with keeping my hands busy 🙂 Live your little journal with the fabric and that elephant is amazing! Love, Marilyn xxoo

  10. I don’t collect elephants, but I would be swayed by this lovely image on the front of your new journal. As for the zentangles, my hand cramps every time I see one. Love how you played with yours, though (grin).

  16. oooh, so cool! I wish I could doodle like that (I often like to fill drawings with patterns, but I find I’m not too good at it).

I’m thinking about starting a new blog, which is related to art journals, but it’s a secret project 😉

  17. Beautiful zentangle, dear Patty, and I love that notebook from India too…especially the handmade papers inside which almost could look like a piece of sewable fabric. enjoy it… hugs steph

  18. I doodle when I’m on the phone – absolutely hate sitting idle. TV time for me generally means reading, knitting, or crocheting. I rarely ‘watch’ tv and only look up when something pops out at me.

  26. Doodle-icious! Do you have favorite pens or pencils you like to doodle with on these types of pages? Now don’t laugh, and you probably already know this, but there are “natural” papers made from elephant dung! I have some I bought at paper convention once…maybe your new journal pages are the same??? Doo-doo be careful when handling them. HA!
