we have had some traveling tea cup fun recently on our saunters into the Bluebell forest…
bubble wrap was our friend…
the old trees and fallen wood really add extra interest all along the way…
last winter we had some ice storms that toppled lots of trees…
our traveling tea cup will be taking a trip to the mountains very soon…
the Swiss Alps to be exact…
we have had plans for sometime now to celebrate our 30th anniversary with a nice trip…
we couldn’t be more excited…plus we get to meet one of the special Queen Bees in person…
wishing each of you a very Happy T Tuesday…pop over to Kimmie’s Art in Red Wagons for the Mr Linky list of tea bloggers this week…
Absolutely love your traveling tea cup! What a wonderful gift to give each other with a trip to Switzerland!! I’m looking forward to all the beautiful pictures I know you’ll be sharing – especially of one of the Queen Bees!

I love this post Patty! Your traveling tea cup … So sweet! And your bluebird trail is simply magical! Your trip to the alps sounds thrilling! My mom lived in Samoens France during her childhood (a valley below mont blanc) and was able to revisit her chalet a couple of years ago. She said the sound of the cowbells stirred her heart and her memories in an unexpected way. She was transported. You will have so much to see and hear! And taste ….. Like the Milk chocolate and alpine honey and farm cheeses …..

What a wonderful idea to take the traveling cup everywhere you go! I love that idea — I may well have to modify that one for me. I don’t have a traveling cup and in any event wouldn’t after the trip. But my Flat Zoe went to Paris — maybe she needs to get out more! Thanks again, Patty, for making me smile — and bon voyage!

I just adore this traveling Tea Cup……the photos are stunning and the serenity of them have breathed tranquility and gratitude into my inner-most self..right at the core where all thoughts begin. Thank you so much for this. I have just now sent this link to my darling daughter…my little bird, because she is a gal who loves to travel and see beautiful places like this. I so hope she can put in on her ‘list.’ I will put it on mine, for sure.

What a fabulous post…I love when you go travelling with your tea cup. can’t wait to see if you use an ‘insulated’ mug for the Swiss Alps or if you just wrap a little fur around this beautiful cup. Bluebell forest, how beautiful and those gnarly old trees, gorgeous. Thanks for the adventure today, I felt a little like Alice in Wonderland. xx
