Love, LOve, LOVE, this commercial!!! She’s sooooo in touch with her ‘inner child’!!! The glitter supply gets me every time I see it. Her enthusiasm is contagious!!! Blessing on teachers who foster creativity, the joy of learning and enthusiasm!!!! Hugs, Terri xoxoxo

Loved your commercial here Patty, had to send it off to our teachers in the family in case they missed it. A Happy School Year to all our teachers and their students out there.

Yes…..I do love that commercial! Love that girl. You know in your head that they don’t like glitter at school…..can you imagine the mess and the custodian revolt? ha! I do love me some glitter at home tho!!!

I got a kick out of that, too, Patty, and I totally disliked commercials. Just got this picture of glitter flying all over the place and it cracked me up!
Big hugs,

I liked that one too! Target got quite a bit of our $$ in the last month on school supplies! At least while cleaning out the kids rooms this morning I found that I can take back the $40 backpack I just got…since we found 3 shoved into the back oblivion of the closet. They’re not NEW but they are new enough. 🙂

I actually miss all the commercials in the States. We don’t get anything like that around here. I’ve been back to school for a week but the kids don’t start until September 5th. Love the pages you created with gesso and doilies. Have a great weekend. Tammy

I’ve actually seen that commercial, too. “So much glitter.” And cutting Pluto was a hoot. I usually fast forward through commercials, but that one caught my eye. There is not enough praise in the world for teachers, especially the good (and glittery) ones! Loved that YOU did.

I loved that commercial, but have to say most teachers that I know just cringe at even the mention of the word ‘glitter!’ it gets everywhere! love the clipping of the ‘planet’ !! my grandson starts kindergarten today, and he was so excited… his school does have an art teacher, but most schools in our area have ‘cut’ their art programs…so sad.
