quite often the Lavender is ready to be picked around Father’s Day…

this year it is a good two weeks ahead of schedule…

since I started weaving fresh Lavender wands and couldn’t stop I thought it would be a good time for a giveaway…

if you would like to own one of my hand woven organic Lavender wands you can leave your comment here…

    I’ve used Lisa’s sari silk in my jewelry and I absolutely love it. The colors and ribbons are so lovely!

  13. Beautiful lavender wands! Once upon a time I had a grand idea of growing lavender and making wands like that after seeing it in a Victoria magazine. Alas, I never got around to and it isn’t likely that I will.

  17. Dear Patty, what a beautiful collection of lavender wands, and then made all by yourself, I have tryed once, but did not get such beautiful result,like yours- we have a tiny spot with lavenders, but this winter have been hard on them and still no buds at all.
    Your photoes are stunning as alwayes,-and thankyou for also inviting far away people like me, to take part..I would love to win one.

  44. I have never heard of a lavender wand….intriguing and beautiful. I have only a few lavender plants, all of which are immature and only yield a couple of blooms, but I sure enjoy those blooms!

  45. I don’t think I have seen or heard of a lavender wand ( I must have at some time or another I love lavender) I forget things so easily. But I love them, how beautiful they are. I keep lavender flowers (for the scent) all over in little glass pots and I make some little pillows and stuff them full of them lol. So if it’s not too much trouble (being in the UK) I would love a chance to win one Dawn xx
