practice and letting go are just a couple of things I am working on guided by amazing artists and teachers like Misty Mawn whose new online ART ENTWINED class has just begun (she is my favorite teacher of all time… so very generous and talented and inspiring and more!)…
my quirky star eyed girl could use more paint on her face along with some other adjustments but I am going to move on for now…
BLACKBIRD is the new challenge theme over at Moo Mania & More and this also qualifies for AJJ’s BIRDS, BEASTS & HUMANS challenge…
(still having lots of fun with my iphone and the Diana, DistressedFx and Pixlr Express apps)

She’s so charming and I love all your digital iterations. A sparrow is building a nest just inside a part of our back room where we couldn’t get the soffit finished before winter. I told hubby to leave her be and let the babies fledge and then we’ll fix the roof. I can hear her chirp just above my head while I am reading. So sweet. Now I can think of her nest like this one. xox

A beautiful painting although I am a bit disconcerted about having a blackbird nesting in my hair. (Afterthought – possible this lady is a statue and then it would be alright).
It looks as if this course is teaching something different and creative. while still allowing you to be you?
I see you are having fun with photo-editing , and I like the red(black)bird in its pretty colour scheme.
