the crowned skull image from a magazine along with one of Seth Apter’s new rubber stamps helped inspire these art journal pages for Art Journal Journey’s TIME challenge…
I added the wings and used bits of netting and paper scraps along with paint and gesso and a bit of pencil scribbling…
the unmounted thorn stamp was given to me many years ago…

I see you’ve put Seth’s new stamp to good use here today. I wanted to get Stratosphere, but with shipping it was more than I wanted to pay for one UM stamp. His stamps and stencils really ARE lovely, though.
I especially liked the skull. It went well with the sentiment. You always put so much into your pages, from the stamping to the texture to the images you use. I’m really, really impressed.
