after waking up a few mornings before Christmas to gentle raindrops falling outside my window…
I was inspired to create this page in a new art journal that I shared with you last month here (I saw a window on my stenciled page)…
a scrap of German lace curtain was just the right size for the window…
along with a few other things I used for my collaged page (the rubber stamp is from Paper Source)…
joining in again for Art Journal Journey’s Collage/Art Journaling challenge...
What a beautiful page Patty, so delicate and feminine, love everything about it! Thanks for joining us again at Art Journal Journey, and for your continued support! Alles Liebe, Valerie

The window is a clever idea and looks so good, also the border ornament and the nice piece of lace on it. Famous composition again. I like it much.

Your page is just lovely. The four-square picture is a very satisfying design. That’s clever how you’ve used the pretty stamp (I had to search for it for a minute) and I like the three hanging gold stars. The finishing touch is the light falling of WordPress snow, so suitable here for your art.

I am in awe of that stencil you made and used so effectively. But most of all, I’m in awe of the beautiful lace and stars you hung from the window. That is simply incredible and so well thought out. Clever YOU.

Forgot to mention, I’m showing the gift I sent you on my blog in the morning. I have NO idea what those pods are, but I know I found them in my yard between the two driveways, so there has to be a tree with them somewhere in the neighborhood.
