with many thanks to Elizabeth for being our fearless leader and hostess these past three years…
and for helping people connect from all around the globe each week for T Stands for Tuesday (all are welcome to join in with something/anything drink related)…
it really is a pleasure to get to visit each week and share…
since it’s a celebration I made a cake…
an easy no bake cake since it is much too hot and humid here in Virginia to turn on the oven…
Trader Joe’s angel food cake with fresh raspberries and blueberries and homemade whipped creme…
and how about some refreshing watermelon lemonade with some bubbles added too if you like…
here’s to lots more fun and sharing…
What a fantastic t party Patty. I want to be there. The watermelon lemonade looks so much cooler than hot tea, perfect for mid-July summer weather. Our humidity broke, but only for a couple of days. I bet your party was a lot of fun! Happy T day. Hugs-Erika

Well homemade cake or not that looks DELICIOUS!! Thank you so much for the comment on my Tea post… I’m sorry to hear the deer are eating all your plants… We really haven’t gotten around to doing any landscaping .. just still working on the inside… But i’ve pretty much made up my mind that the deer come first… I just enjoy seeing them and having them around….And i don’t want to have to live like FT KNox to have flowers and such…I’m going to try some hanging flowers later and i have a few plants in mind they might…MIGHT leave alone… They really don’t like alot of textue…So thick or waxy leaves like Magnolia trees they tend to leave alone… Also poisonous plants like Oleander or strong smelling plants like rosemary or lavender… marigolds… You might have good luck with those… Hugs! deb
