This is a gorgeous collage Patty. Using the pressed flowers really make the page. And adding that little chickadee. 🙂 This page feels like there’s a wicker table and chair under a flowering arbor and I get to sit there and read. And chickadees are flittering about. My own secret spot. OK, enough fantasizing on my part. Hugs-Erika

This is very inspiring, and I love how you’ve used the star tissue to match the Victor Hugo quote. That little chickadee made me smile, and I was so impressed with the fusion paper, a technique I had nearly forgotten about. This is probably my favorite garden spread this month.

This is so very amazing, Patty, dear friend. The layers of paper napkins looks gorgeous, and create a kind of airy, foggy feeling over the dried flowers. Your colors are so beautiful, and the stamped or …background gives so much interest together with all your layers of wonderful papers, and the star above, the tiny tired bird.
This is a magical, art spread, !!! Love it !!!
Dorthe, xoxoxo.

There are so many elements I like about this one – but have to say the fact that it’s blue AND the chickadee (my favourite bird) is the best.

You remain the Queen of the Layers! I love how you have a style — whether you consciously set out to or not is beside the point. But I think I could look at a Patty S. page in a group of hundreds! Exquisitely conceived, beautifully executed.
